Building village economies through climate farming & forest gardening (BeChange) has the objective to  sustainably re-cultivate of abandoned agricultural land with forest gardens, which is expected to lead to erosion control, improved water management, multiple ecosystem services, carbon sequestration, and improved food security and farmer income.A UK AID and Ithaka supported project to scale-up climate positive forest gardens in Nepal.
